🔍 Why I'm interested

Where fidgeting meets practicality

I'm a fan of fidget toys in general, so being able to relieve stress by fiddling with my wallet is appealing. What's especially fun is that you can choose from 3 different mechanisms.

WASTELAND - Pinball: A mechanical ratchet version with a satisfying click HORIZON - Slide: A version that slides smoothly with no resistance RIPPLES - Magnetic: A version that uses magnets for precise, stepped feedback

Ultra-precise CNC machining

Aerospace-grade aluminum machined to 0.02mm precision — that speaks to serious confidence in manufacturing quality. Looking at the reviews, a lot of people say it's "the most satisfying wallet I've ever used."

MagSafe compatibility

Since I already use an iPhone, being able to attach it to the back of my phone via MagSafe is a nice bonus. Not having to carry a separate wallet could make things even more minimal.

🤔 What gives me pause

The weight of the metal build

At 52g, it's heavier than a typical leather wallet. I'm a little worried it might feel like a burden to carry every day.

How often I use cash

These days I use cards almost exclusively, but every once in a while I need cash, and this wallet doesn't have any cash storage. I'm still weighing how to work around that.

The price point

At the sale price of $69 — around 90,000 won — it's on the pricier side for a wallet. It does come with a 5-year warranty and lifetime parts replacement, but I'm curious whether that's really worth it.

💡 Things to consider before buying

🎯 Final Verdict

This is a distinctive card wallet born from a fidget mechanism and ultra-precise CNC machining. Its big success on Kickstarter clearly wasn't an accident.

If you rarely use cash and are chasing a minimal EDC setup, this could be a pretty compelling choice. For fidget lovers especially, it offers both practicality and fun at the same time.

That said, the price is a bit steep and the weight of the metal build gives me pause, so I want to think it over a little more. I plan to look into more real-world reviews before making a final call!
